It finally feels like spring, warmer temps, lots of sun. Lots of people with seasonal depression are beginning to feel better. How do you like spring?

Tons of snow last night, warm enough today to start all the melting. I love the dramatic changes in Colorado weather, but I know it can increase physical pain for my clients with fibromyalgia or other chronic pain conditions. The lazy pace of a snow day can be hard for people who don't have the happiest home life too or who are driven about their work. How about you? Do you enjoy the snow or does it just create problems, especially at this time of year?

How was your St. Patrick's Day? I've got leftover corn beef and cabbage for lunch today.
