![]() Anxiety And Stress ManagementAt Caring Counseling, we carry all sorts of depression counseling, ptsd counselor, marriage counseling, sexuality counseling, stress management, and so much more! Anxiety comes in many forms. Maybe you have panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder) or you just worry all the time. There are effective treatments for anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is the treatment for anxiety of choice for most of the disorders. CBT can also teach you many anxiety and stress management techniques. My CBT curriculum that I’ve put together over the past ten years has helped many people conquer their panic attacks, social anxiety and general tendency to worry all the time; others have substantially reduced their symptoms of OCD and PTSD. Psychodynamic therapy, talking things through, is also helpful for some of the anxiety disorders, especially PTSD. Stress counseling will help you get a plan of action and put it in motion.
